Coaching A form of development that will help you through a process of discovery, empowerment, and intentionality towards goals. Coaches listen and assist clients to draw a solution out of their generated ideas and goals to include business, fitness, and nutrition. F.I.T. can accomplish this via VIRTUAL, PUBLIC SPEAKING, and in a PERSONAL/PRIVATE SETTING.

Consultation Mental Health consultants use their mental health and wellness expertise to bring solutions to the forefront, and promote wellness strategies that organizations can grow from.  They diagnose the problem, propose a solution, and give recommendations for organizations to tailor their next steps in planning.  Consultants assist in the development of short- and long-term goals, plans, and systematic changes. 

 

Therapy – Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy are offered with the same goal in mind…HEAL and GROW!  Whichever modality chosen to reduce and/or eliminate mental and emotional ‘Dis-ease’, a client centered approach is utilized.  Mental health is just as important as physical health, if not more, and that’s why F.I.T. takes an integrated approach to wellness!

 

  • Individual Therapy:  Individual Therapy gives an opportunity to work 1:1 with a client centered, and culturally sensitive therapist… where, the client is the expert and is helped to process the inner work necessary to be the best version of themselves.
  • Couples Therapy:  Relationships can be complicated, why?  Because relationships are fostered by childhood traumas, different upbringings, individual personalities, and dysfunctional connections.  Most couples are formed with unmet expectations that neither person agreed upon nor, are either party ready (or willing, at times) to surrender their rightness.  Couples therapy allows an unbiased person to help in the process of being better, collectively and individually.  In working with couples, F.I.T. use strategies from Dialogue Couples Therapy to provide communication, understanding, and compassion towards each other which frees the obligation of needing to be right over simply being loved.
  • Teletherapy/Face-to-Face Therapy:  We are currently providing HIPPA compliant teletherapy in the form of video phone/tablet/laptop/computer access in addition to standard ‘face-to-face’ therapy.  You as the client, do NOT need to set up a separate account for the teletherapy session.  We’ll simply text/email you the link, and you’ll be connected to our online therapy room.
